From either of the Bus Line websites, choose a departure time and the bus stop where you will be boarding the bus.

Please call the nearest reservation center.


●At a convenience store
You can make a reservation or buy a ticket using the terminals at the following convenience stores: Seven Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart and Mini Stop.（6：00〜23：00）

●At the ticket counter
Please make a reservation at the bus center or the ticket counter of each operating company.

Please choose one of the following ways to purchase a ticket.

●Using the Internet（online payment）
There are two ways. Please choose one.
●WEB Ticket　　　You will print out a ticket by yourself.
●Mobile Ticket　　Show the display of a ticket of your smartphone to the bus operator.

●At a convenience store
When making a reservation using the terminal at a convenience store, please select "Ticketing".
＊A "Payment Code" or a "Convenience Store Reservation Number" issued after the reservation will be required for ticketing.
＊At a Seven Eleven, please give a thirteen-digit number to the casher.

●At the ticket counter
Please give to the window staff the phone number you used when the reservation was made.

●At a major travel agency
Please understand there is a service charge.

●On the bus
Upon boarding, please tell your name and phone number to the bus operator and pay a one-way fare.
＊On some Lines, a set of two tickets (return ticket) is available for purchase on the bus.




・The bus operator will check your ticket when you board.
　Your ticket will be collected when you exit the bus. Please keep it safe.
　＊You may be required to pay again if you lose your ticket.



・Please use the trunk room of the bus for your large luggage. There are restrictions on luggage.

・Please mind your step when you board.





・All seats are reserved. Please take the seat designated on your ticket.



・The Road Traffic Law requires all passengers on the bus to fasten their seat belts.
　For your safety, please follow this regulation.



・Smoking is not allowed on the bus.

・So as not to disturb other passengers, please refrain from talking loud on your mobile phone.


Most of the buses have the following facilities.

Reclining seats All the seats recline. When you recline your seat, please tell the passenger behind you.
Seats for women only On some Lines, the buses have some seats for women only.
"Solo" seats On some Lines, you can occupy two seats in the last row for your use. ＊Extra fare is required. No "Solo" seats are available in extra buses.
Free Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi is available on all of the buses.
Electric outlets Each seat has an electric outlet.
Lavatory All buses have a lavatory. ＊Some extra buses may not have a lavatory.
Powder room Some buses have a powder room.

・When you hear the announcement of the bus stop where you are exiting, please press the "Button for Next Stop".

・When you exit, please move to the exit after the bus has come to a complete stop.
・On exiting, please give your ticket to the operator.
　Or show your mobile ticket display to the operator.。
・If you have luggage in the trunk room, please be careful not to pick up the wrong bag.
